Mayor Gray schedules public sessions for community engagement

Mayor Jimmy Gray has announced a series of public listening sessions under the initiative "Your Say With Mayor Gray." These sessions allow residents to meet with the mayor, ask questions, and voice their concerns about city issues.

The meetings are scheduled on Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m. They will take place at various community centers, schools, and organizations on the following dates:

- March 5 at the North Phoebus Community Center, 249 W. Chamberlin Ave.

- March 19 at the Northampton Community Center, 1435 Todds Lane

- April 2 at Aberdeen Elementary School, 1424 Aberdeen Road

- April 16 at the Fox Hill Neighborhood Center, 65 Hall Road (rescheduled from earlier due to weather)

- April 30 at the Salvation Army – Virginia Peninsula, 1033 Big Bethel Road

For those unable to attend, feedback can be submitted to Mayor Gray via an online form. Additional information on the sessions is available on the city's website at hampton.gov/mayor.
