For customer’s convenience they can pay online at https://myservices.nnww.nnva.gov/NNWW or by phone (757-926-1000 Option 2). They can also use Dropbox here at City Center (700 Town Center Dr) and at the Treasurer’s Office ( 2400 Washington Ave) to drop off payments.
