- This auction has a Contractual Agreement for Purchase - Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7.
- This auction is subject to auto-extend bidding.
- There is 10% Buyer's Premium for this auction.
- For Winning bids of $5,000 or less must be paid in full the day of the auction.
- For Winning bids more than $5,000 a deposit of 20% plus 10% Buyer's Premium is required at the close of the auction. The balance is due in ten (10) days, June 29, 2023.
