City of Portsmouth issued the following announcement on June 09.
The Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center will reopen to the general public Sat., June 12.
Visitors may view three new exhibits including The Test: Tuskegee Airmen, 2021 Outdoor Sculpture and Virginia Watercolor Society 2021 Juried Exhibition.
