Cost of college went up for all students at Bryant & Stratton College-Hampton

Tuition and fees rose 1.4 percent for 2018-19 at Bryant & Stratton College-Hampton, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Virginia students paid $17,460 to attend the four-year private for-profit institution this year – $237 more than the $17,223 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 96 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 24 students received grants or scholarships totaling $170,325 and 20 students took out student loans totaling more than $136,566.

Including all undergraduates (333), 265 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.3 million, and 230 students took out $1.6 million in federal student loans.
