27 percent of applicants to Riverside College of Health Careers were admitted for fall 2018

At Riverside College of Health Careers, 52 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 91 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private not-for-profit institution in Newport News enrolled 328 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Virginia.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (67 percent) and Black or African American (18 percent).

The school admitted 27 percent of the 22 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 100 percent enrolled.
