Planning Commission schedules final meeting with public hearings

The Planning Commission is set to hold its final meeting of the year on Thursday, December 18, 2024. The session will include three public hearings and will commence at 3:30 p.m. in the chambers located on the eighth floor of City Hall at 22 Lincoln St.

This meeting is accessible to the public and will be broadcast on local TV channels Cox 47 and Verizon 22. Additionally, it can be viewed via live stream at hampton.gov/livetv.

The first hearing concerns a use permit for Virginia Electric and Power Company to relocate a communication tower on G Street, near Pembroke Avenue across from War Memorial Stadium. The remaining two hearings involve use permits requested by Karma Restaurant and Lounge situated on Lincoln Street, as well as Raising Cane’s restaurant located on West Mercury Boulevard.
