Hampton residents have until Wednesday, June 5, to pay their real estate, personal, and business property taxes. Payment must be received, paid online, or postmarked on or before midnight of the due date to avoid a late payment penalty of 10%.
Payment can be made online at Hampton.gov/treasurer or by phone at 877-277-6341. It can also be made in person or through the drop box at the treasurer’s office, located at 1 Franklin St. Payments can also be sent by mail to Hampton Treasurer, 1 Franklin St. Suite 100, Hampton VA 23669.
Residents can create a free account on the treasurer’s website to view their billing and payment history. Once an account is created, users can also sign up for electronic billing, due date reminders, and more.
