Cost of college went up for all students at Bethel College

Tuition and fees rose 4 percent for 2018-19 at Bethel College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Virginia students paid $8,420 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $320 more than the $8,100 charged for 2017-18.

Including all undergraduates (31), 29 students used grants or scholarships totaling $119,475, and 21 students took out $221,626 in federal student loans.
