Hampton home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Hampton rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 9.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Poquoson rose by $60,050 while total sales increased by 50%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Poquoson rose by $22,550 while total sales increased by 21.2%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Hampton fell by $2,450 while total sales increased by 3%.
