Newport News home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Newport News fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Newport News fell by $7,700 while total sales increased by 41.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Hampton rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 4.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Hampton rose by $523 while total sales decreased by 3.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Poquoson rose by $25,850 while total sales decreased by 66.7%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Poquoson fell by $41,800 while total sales decreased by 23.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Hampton rose by $1,654 while total sales decreased by 9.5%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Poquoson fell by $43,600 while total sales decreased by 48.3%.
