Early in-person voting begins on Friday, Jan. 19, for the Democratic and Republican presidential primaries to be held in Virginia on Super Tuesday, March 5.
In-person voting will be done weekdays between Jan. 19 and March 1 from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at the voter registration office, 101 Kings Way. There will also be weekend voting on two Saturdays — Feb. 24 and March 2. Registered voters can choose to participate in either the Democratic or the Republican primary, but not both. The last day to register to vote in a primary is Feb. 12. The deadline to apply for a mail-in primary ballot is Feb. 23.
