5.5% of citizens unemployed in Hampton city in 2021

Hampton city recorded an unemployment rate of 5.5% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 4,004 people out of the 136,748 living in Hampton city at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Hampton city has decreased compared to the 5.7% registered in 2020.
