Which former North Tidewater area high school athletes will be active on Thursday, Dec. 4?

Hampton University’s Riley Bohanon and Carmynn Bonner have been named to the Coastal Athletic Association’s second team for softball. The pair earned recognition for standout performances during conference play.

Hampton University track and field athletes recently competed at meets in Florida and North Carolina following exam week. The team recorded several top finishes across relay races and throwing events.

One running event is scheduled to take place in the North Tidewater during the week ending May 8, offering an opportunity for adults to compete, stay active, and take part in organized races.
