On Thursday, May 1, former Hampton High School standout Brooklyn Owens’ current college team, the Bowie State Bulldogs, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lincoln Lions.

The game took place at Orangeburg Parks & Recreation. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 12 p.m. at Orangeburg Parks & Recreation against Claflin Lady Panthers.
