On Sunday, March 2, former Bethel High School standout Maddy Morris’ current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UMass-Lowell River Hawks.

The game took place at NSU Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the River Hawks this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 12:30 p.m. at Terry Field against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
