There were five Hawaiian students enrolled in Isle of Wight County Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 28.6% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Isle of Wight County Public Schools District welcomed 5,594 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hawaiian students comprised 0.1% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the school.

Isle of Wight County Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Isle of Wight County and has a main office in Smithfield.

Among the 11 schools in Isle of Wight County Public Schools District, Smithfield High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hawaiian students in the 2023-24 school year.

According to Public School Review, Virginia public schools have an average student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1, slightly better than the national average of 15:1. Minority students, primarily Hispanic and Black, make up 54% of the enrollment, while white students constitute 46%.
