Both The Woodlands and The Hamptons public golf courses are open on Presidents Day. City parks and Bluebird Gap Farm are also open to visitors.

The Hampton History Museum will be open for guests on Monday but its administrative offices will be closed.

Hampton Roads Transit services such as bus, light rail, and ferry will run according to their usual schedule; however, transit center information booths will not be staffed that day.
