Portsmouth City Council members to visit Greenville for downtown development discussions

Two or more members of the Portsmouth City Council will travel to Greenville, South Carolina from August 19 to 21, 2025. The purpose of the trip is to participate in a tour and discussion about business and zoning development in Greenville’s downtown area. This event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

The city has clarified that no official action will be taken by the City Council during this time.
