On Friday, March 7, former Bethel High School standout Maddy Morris’ current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, lost 16-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Winthrop Eagles.

The game took place at Terry Field. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 9:55 a.m. at Terry Field against Presbyterian Blue Hose.
