Live Well Expo set for November at James City County Recreation Center

The annual Live Well Expo is scheduled to take place on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the James City County Recreation Center located at 5301 Longhill Rd. The event is free and open to individuals aged 55 and older.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various senior services available in the community. These include nutrition resources, home health care options, social activities, recreational services, and more.

The expo will also offer free preventive health screenings and vaccinations for those who bring their insurance card. Williamsburg Drug Co. will provide health talks and medication checks; participants are encouraged to bring their medications for review.
