Kinsey Knapp, former Menchville High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Menchville High School standout Kinsey Knapp’s current collegiate team the Christopher Newport Captains lost 3-4 against the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Captains Park at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets in the tournament.

The Christopher Newport Captains’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 4:15 p.m. at Captains Park.
