Holliman Elementary School has announced the opening of its Drama Club for fourth and fifth-grade students for the 2025–26 academic year. The club will feature a production of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.” An informational meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. in the school auditorium. Scripts will be provided, and parents are encouraged to attend. Students must arrange their own transportation home.
According to a news release from Holliman Elementary, auditions are set for Wednesday, October 8, and Wednesday, October 15. Rehearsals will take place on Wednesdays from 3:15 to 5:30 p.m., starting October 15 and continuing through June 3. Performances are tentatively planned for June 4-5. A permission slip is required to participate and must be submitted at the meeting or returned to the office by Monday, October 6.
Holliman Elementary is located at 70 Deborah Road in Warwick’s Pilgrim Park neighborhood in Rhode Island and enrolls approximately 280 students from kindergarten through fifth grade.
