An international e-commerce provider, Cirro Global, also known as US Elogistics Service Corp., will be the first tenant at the recently completed Phenix Commerce Center in Hampton. The company has secured a lease for 149,685 square feet of space in one of the new buildings located at 30 Aberdeen Road. The announcement was made by real estate broker Colliers on behalf of NorthPoint Development, marking it as “the largest warehouse lease in the Hampton Roads region for a newly constructed Class A facility in over a year.”

Hampton’s mayor, Jimmy Gray, expressed enthusiasm about the new tenant, stating, “The City of Hampton is excited to welcome US Elogistics Services Corp as the first tenant in the new Phenix Commerce Center. Hampton’s world-class workforce, proximity to the Port of Virginia, and transportation infrastructure are essential ingredients for the success of this project in addition to the new industrial space that the company will occupy. We look forward to US Elogistics Services Corp’s long-term success in Hampton.”

NorthPoint Development completed the construction of the park in January, consisting of two buildings with a total area of 834,000 square feet. Hampton’s central location, coupled with its proximity to the Port of Virginia, positions it as a strategic area for new warehouse developments. This is further supported by progress on the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion Project.

Stephen A. Edwards, CEO and executive director of the Virginia Port Authority, extended a welcome to Cirro Global: “The Port of Virginia welcomes Cirro to its new facility in Hampton. This strategic location will help Cirro capitalize on the efficiency, growth and global reach of America’s Most Modern Gateway, The Port of Virginia. We look forward to supporting this opportunity.”
