On Wednesday, April 2, former Woodside High School standout CJ Patterson’s current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, lost 26-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the VMI Keydets.

The game took place at Marty L. Miller Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Keydets this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at Marty L. Miller Field against Saint Peter’s Peacocks.
