The City Council of Poquoson, Virginia will hold a public hearing on July 28, 2025. The purpose is to gather the views of citizens regarding a vacant position on the Poquoson School Board. Interested individuals are encouraged to complete a Board Bank application available on the City’s website under Government/Boards and Commissions. Completed applications should be submitted to Christina Snapp, City Clerk, by 4:30 p.m. on July 28, 2025. The public hearing will commence at 5:30 p.m., allowing citizen input on candidates for the appointment. Only those named during this session can be appointed.
