The City of Hampton will distribute its annual free promotional calendars starting Wednesday. Residents can obtain the calendars at all community and neighborhood centers, branches of the Hampton Public Library, City Hall, and the Hampton History Museum.

The calendars include original artwork by Anne-Marie Dwyer, a graphic artist for the city. The illustrations feature local sites and events such as Fort Monroe, The American Theatre, and the Groovin’ by the Bay concert series. Each month highlights upcoming events, festivals, and significant dates relevant to Hampton residents.

The distribution is part of an ongoing effort to keep citizens informed about activities in their community.
