The City of Hampton has launched a new initiative to celebrate its fifth All-America City designation. Oversized picture frames featuring the All-America City logo have been installed at several notable locations throughout Hampton, including Buckroe Beach, Mill Point Park (with plans to move to the Hampton Carousel after this weekend), Bluebird Gap Farm, Sandy Bottom Nature Park, and Air Power Park. Additional frames are expected to be added at more sites soon.

Residents and visitors are invited to take photos within these frames and share them on social media using the hashtag #PictureThisHampton by the end of the month. The city has asked participants not to climb or sit on the picture frames.

According to the announcement, everyone who posts a photo with the hashtag will receive a gift. In addition, two winners will be selected to receive prize packages.

“Picture yourself in this photo frame at Sandy Bottom, or at similar frames around the city. Post with the hashtag #PictureThisHampton for a chance to win a prize package.”
