On Sunday, March 23, former Bethel High School standout Maddy Morris’ current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Central Eagles.

The game took place at Thomas Brooks Park. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at DSU Softball Field against Delaware State Hornets.
